International Nutrition & Dietetics Mobility Visit 2025

On Friday, 27 June 2025, the Faculty of Science and Technology, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the School of Health Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) for the International Nutrition & Dietetics Mobility Visit 2025. The event was officially opened with a warm welcome speech by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kannika Sahakaro, Dean of the Faculty, followed by an academic program briefing delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Piyawan Boonyanuphong, Head of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition. The program featured parallel sessions:

• Group A – Academic discussion on Empowering Future Nutrition and Dietetics Professionals and collaborative dialogue between USM and PSU
• Group B – Factory visit and Q&A session with PSU faculty

Later in the afternoon, students from both institutions shared their experiences and reflections in a vibrant Group Sharing session.
This visit served as a meaningful platform for academic exchange, networking, and exploring potential future collaborations in the fields of nutrition and dietetics.

We look forward to continuing and strengthening this partnership between PSU and USM.
